Documents Required
1. Child’s Birth Certificate — A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
2. Child’s Aadhaar Card — A copy of the child’s Aadhaar card, if available.
3. Parent/Guardian Identity Proof — Aadhaar card or another valid identity proof of the parents.
4. Child’s Photographs — 3 recent passport-size photographs of the child.
5. Parents’ Photographs — 2 passport-size photographs of each parent.
6. Address Proof — A copy of a valid address proof, if required.
